Booking terms and conditions
To confirm a booking, please fill out the contact form.
We’ll confirm you the availability within 24/48hours.
Then you’ll have 7 days to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price by bank transfer.
The remaining 70% must be paid directly to the owner upon arrival or by bank transfer 3 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation :
• 4 weeks (28 days) before your arrival : we will refund the total deposit (minus bank charges)
• 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival : 80% of the deposit (minus bank charges)
• 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival : 50% of the deposit (minus bank charges)
• within 2 weeks (- 14days) we will keep the full deposit
